## Spending (planned) - Beautification & greenway upkeep — the largest line: median planting, watering, seasonal maintenance. - Community events — the fall social, spring annual meeting, holiday gathering. - Communications & website — the community platform, domain, and printed notices for non-email households. - Insurance & administration — liability coverage for association events and minimal administrative costs.
