Dues are $27 per household per year. Send a check to the address on the contact page, or pay online once the board switches on card payments or via Zelle to [email protected] — please include your street address so your payment is credited correctly. You can also prepay future years.

Essential services and community activities: the Annual Meeting & BBQ, holiday events, and neighborhood gatherings throughout the year. Dues keep Monterey Heights vibrant, well-kept, and connected.

The MHHA board meets on the second Monday of every month, and residents are always welcome. Email [email protected] to get the location or to add an item to the agenda.

Coyotes live around Mount Davidson. Keep dogs on a leash, stay calm, and walk away from any sighting — don't run. Be extra cautious in spring, when coyotes protect their dens during pupping season.
