1. Website replacement — the board reviewed the new community platform. Consensus to proceed toward moving montereyheightssf.org to it after a security review; Jay to present the finished system at the next meeting.
2. Fall social — date targeted for late September on the greenway; events committee to confirm permits and budget (≤ $1,200 from the events line).
3. Beautification — median planting maintenance quote accepted ($740, one-time). Volunteers requested for the October planting day.
4. Treasurer's report — dues participation tracking slightly ahead of last year; full figures in the FY2026 budget summary.
5. Communications — email newsletter to resume monthly once the new platform's broadcast tools are live.
