Can we switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the billing period — your website, content, and member accounts stay exactly as they are either way.
Do residents pay to use the portal?
No. Plans are billed to the association, and every resident gets portal access at no charge. Residents only ever pay their own dues and assessments.
What happens when we upgrade from Starter?
Your public website stays exactly as it is, and the resident portal, dues, requests, and forum simply unlock. Nothing to migrate and nothing to rebuild.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
Neither. Every plan is month-to-month with no setup fee, and you can cancel whenever you like.
How do we pay for our plan?
We're onboarding our first communities hand-on, so plans are arranged directly with us rather than through a checkout page — no card required to get started. Your community's own dues and donation payments run on Stripe and are live as soon as your treasurer connects an account.
